Announcing the Sixth Annual Golden Dot Awards Finalists

Green Dot Public Schools’ Golden Dot Awards recognizes educators and school support staff who are transforming the landscape of public education.

The Golden Dot Awards honor a select group of our organization’s finest team members who exemplify Green Dot’s Core Values. The night’s awardees will be drawn from across our network, where more than 1600 inspiring teachers, support staff and school leaders serve Green Dot’s 15,000 students.

From more than 150 nominees, the Nominating Committee, made up of past Golden Dot Award winners completed the difficult task of selecting three finalists in each category. Each nomination was anonymized, and reviewed by a cross-network cadre of readers who discussed and surfaced the finest nominations within the submissions, selected finalists and decided upon winners. While many more nominees are deserving than there are awards available, these 24 professionals have earned the confidence and praise of their colleagues and truly stand out.
